Yes, thanks to our location you can easily reach on foot the historic center and major tourist attractions.
The train station of Santa Maria Novella is a 4-minute walk from our hotel. Nearby there is also a tram stop - name ROSSELLI that can get you to Santa Maria Novella.

The published rates online on our website are more affordable?
If you book directly from our online system you will get our best rates.

All hotel rooms have balconies?
We have 1 junior suite with balcony and 2 deluxe room with balcony.

The hotel is also accessible for people with disabilities?
No, we cannot accommodate people with disabilities 

Children stay for free?
Children under 3 years old stay free.(1 per room)
We also have a cot available on request.(FREE)

Do you have a garage of the hotel?
No, but we have an agreement with a Garage - and for our guest there is a special price of 30,00 € /24/h, with valet at our hotel, at no additional cost.

You can change or cancel a prepaid rate?
This rate It’s not refundable, so it can not be modified / deleted.

Must I use a valid credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, otherwise we could not guarantee your reservation.

We do not accept american express card.

Can I bring my pet?
We don't accept animals.

I booked a Flexible offer, what is a pre-authorization on my credit card?
The hotel with the pre-authorization reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival, and as a guarantee in case of no show and cancellation of the reservation according to the terms established.
It is a block on the card that covers the amount of the first night.
THIS WILL NOT GENERATE ANY TYPE OF BANK TRANSFER because it’s not counted, IT’S NOT' A CHARGE.
In case of cancellation of the customer within the terms of the cancellation policy the amount is released.

What happens to the pre-authorization if I cancel my Flexible booking?
